You develop the practical skills for working directly with emotional charge, breath chemistry, and neurochemical balance. You learn to use emotion as energy rather than resisting it, to use breath as a precise ANS override rather than a generic calming technique, and to view your daily state as a neurochemical environment you can influence deliberately.
By the end of Phase Two, you have a specific, science-based toolkit for intervening in your own physiology — matched to your current state rather than generically applied.
You extend everything built in the first two phases into the relational field — learning to maintain regulation in the presence of other people's nervous systems, to set boundaries from a physical state rather than a verbal rule, and to integrate all three pillars (mechanical, chemical, relational) into a daily practice that becomes your new baseline.
By the end of Phase Three, regulation is no longer something you do. It is becoming something you are.
