The Full Load

Before anything can dissolve, it must be seen clearly. You map the complete weight your system is carrying — not as a story, but as a biological reality. Including what was handed down before you had words for it.

The Dissolving

The body is given the conditions to complete what it started. You build the capacity to approach stored material safely — and to integrate fully what moves through, without the crash that ends so many people's engagement with this kind of work.

The Deconditioning

Dissolving alone is not enough. The nervous system has built entire architectures of anticipation around old threats. Phase Three dismantles these — so the system stops reacting to the present as if it is the past.

The Settled Life

The cleared system is tested, inhabited, and confirmed under real conditions. You discover what becomes available when the energy that was spent bracing is returned to you. The final module is a somatic completion of the programme itself — and Module 16 anchors your new baseline as your permanent way of being in the world.

Clarification

Common Questions

Do I need to have completed Level One first? +
Yes. The Deconditioning Protocol is built on the nervous system literacy developed in the Somatic Resilience Blueprint. The Polyvagal framework, the Survival Loop, and your regulation toolkit are the foundation from which the deeper dissolving work in Level Two becomes safe and effective. Attempting the later phases without that groundwork is not recommended.
How is this different from therapy? +
Traditional therapy works primarily at the cognitive and narrative level — making meaning, building insight, changing thought patterns. This programme works at the biological level where stress and earlier experiences are actually stored. The nervous system does not process language the way the mind does; it processes sensation, movement, and completion. This programme speaks that language directly.
What if I'm currently in a state of high activation? +
The programme is deliberately sequenced so that the capacity to approach difficult material safely is built before it is needed. The earlier phases are specifically designed to establish the containment required for the deeper work. You will not be asked to contact heavy material before your system has developed what it needs to do so safely.
How much time do I need to commit each week? +
Each module contains approximately 60–90 minutes of core content, plus a daily integration practice of around 15–20 minutes. Weekly live Q&A sessions are included. The embodiment work happens in the daily practice, not only in the sessions — so consistent daily engagement matters more than large blocks of time.
Do I have lifetime access to the recordings? +
Yes. Founding Members have lifetime access to all recordings and all future updates to Level 2 content. The programme is built to be returned to — different phases of the material will land differently at different points in your life.
