Preparing for Your Session
Taking a few minutes to prepare will help you get the most out of our time together.
Create Your Sanctuary:
Find a private space where you feel safe to speak openly. Dim the lights, light a candle, or clear your desk to signal to your nervous system that this time is for you.
The Essentials:
Have a glass of water and your favorite journal or notepad ready. Capturing insights in your own handwriting helps the integration process.
Technical Check:
Please ensure your device is charged. Since this is a video call, a stable internet connection and headphones are recommended for the best experience.
Arriving Early:
Take 2–3 minutes before we start to simply sit with your eyes closed. Notice your breath and any intentions you wish to bring to our session.

Our sessions are a beautiful complement to professional medical and psychological support, but they are not a substitute. Please consult with healthcare professionals for any physical or mental health concerns. Your well-being is ultimately in your hands, and your active participation is what will lead to your greatest shifts.
Rescheduling & Caring for Our Time
We ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
