1. Description of Service

InnereSource provides somato-spiritual guidance through bespoke 1-on-1 containers, group programs, and educational portals. Our services are focused on somatic resolution, energetic clearing, and the refinement of personal resonance. As a somatic practitioner, Pavandeep Saras-Shakti facilitates a process of physiological and energetic reorganization. All services are delivered via secure video link unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Somato-Spiritual Scope & Responsibility

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following scope of practice:

• Non-Psychotherapeutic Nature: Our work targets the somatic patterns held within the cells and tissues, as well as the spiritual/energetic field. It is not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or medical treatment.
• Professional Boundaries: Pavandeep Saras-Shakti is a somato-spiritual practitioner. She does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any psychological or physiological disorders. This work is not a substitute for the care of licensed mental health professionals.
• Client Self-Governance: You are the sovereign authority of your own experience. You are responsible for monitoring your own mental and emotional state and seeking appropriate clinical support if you require psychotherapeutic intervention.
• Stabilization Requirement: You confirm that you are entering this container in a state of relative emotional and mental stability and are not currently in an acute crisis.

3. Payment, Subscriptions & Installments

Payment is required in full or via an agreed-upon installment plan prior to the commencement of any container or service. For installment plans, you agree to ensure that funds are available for all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension of access to sessions and portal materials.

4. Metabolic Integration & Commitment

You acknowledge that releasing deep-seated somatic patterns requires physical support. You agree to provide your system with appropriate "metabolic space"—including adequate rest, hydration, and quiet reflection—to allow cellular and energetic shifts to integrate naturally.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, including audio recordings, meditation guides, portal materials, and bespoke somatic protocols, is the exclusive property of InnereSource. Recording sessions or redistributing proprietary materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnereSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation. You assume full responsibility for your personal well-being and life choices made during and after somatic sessions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
