Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: January 2026 Our Commitment: We invest significant time, energetic preparation, and space-holding into your bespoke somatic journey. To maintain the integrity of our containers and professional schedule, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Individual Journeys & Bespoke Containers
All Sales Final: Due to the deeply personalized nature of bespoke somatic and energy work, all sales are final. Once the induction or first session has been attended, no refunds will be issued for "change of mind," personal schedule changes, or incomplete journeys.
Pre-Session Withdrawal: If you request a refund prior to your induction or first session, a refund may be granted minus a 15% Administrative & Transaction Fee to cover processing costs and reserved space.
2. Rescheduling & Attendance
We respect the sacredness of your time and the depth of the work, and we ask for the same in return. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- 48-Hour Notice: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. This allows us to reallocate the energetic and physical space.
- Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or added back to your package.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session, the session is forfeited.
3. Group Programmes & Intensive Workshops
- Prior to Commencement: Refunds are available up to 14 days before the programme begins, subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. Within 14 days of start, all sales are final.
- After Commencement: Once a group programme, portal, or intensive has commenced, no refunds or credits are available.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of documented medical emergencies or extreme unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss potential pausing of your container or a rescheduling exception. These are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
