The Bridge Between Science & Soul

My journey has been a cyclic evolution—a path of unraveling the scientific, the somatic, and the spiritual to find the radiance that lies within us all. It began in the world of Biochemical Engineering, seeking answers in the microscopic building blocks of life.

But in my late 20s, while immersed in my PhD research, something shifted. Everything that had felt vital—the science, the academic pressure, the busy London lifestyle—suddenly lost its weight. I experienced a profound Awakening. I chose to walk away from my PhD research just before completion to follow a new truth: the truth of the human spirit.

This transition was not immediate; it was a carefully navigated bridge. Driven by my own healing journey, I began to explore modalities that could touch what the laboratory couldn't. I discovered a deep resonance in working with the body and formally trained as a bodywork practitioner. Over time, as my scientific foundation met my spiritual awakening, I realized that working with the physical body was only half the equation. Since 2005, I have been developing a method that integrates the body with its energetic field, finding that this synergy is infinitely more effective at releasing trauma and the density of the past.

From 2008 until 2020, I maintained a dedicated private practice with hundreds of clients, refining an approach that bridges the two extremes of our existence: the material, solid body and the light, expansive energetic field. By working with these two poles simultaneously, we access a unique depth where the intervening layers—emotions, feelings, and thoughts—are automatically transformed and released. This method allows us to go deeper and more effectively into the energetic blueprint to release what is truly "stuck."

My greatest initiation came in 2020. As the world closed its doors, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Navigating that journey and his passing in 2023 was a traversal through the deepest trenches of grief. I tried many of the tools I had relied on during the earlier stages of my awakening and healing journey, including meditation, therapy, and bodywork. While they all helped, they couldn't reach the core of the suffering and trauma in my system.

Depleted and exhausted at all levels of my being, I returned to my own InnereSource modality. It wasn't just a professional choice; it was a survival necessity that allowed me to process my loss and reclaim my inner sovereignty in a way nothing else could.

Today, I am restarting my practice with a commitment and passion that is deeper than ever. After twelve years of professional service followed by a period of profound personal transformation, I am here to share this Somato-Spiritual path with those ready to reclaim their biological freedom and reconnect with their essence.
