Programme 2 cleared the ground. Programme 3 teaches you to live on it — fully, presently, sensorially, spiritually. The work is no longer dissolution. It is arrival. The somato-spiritual territory that was inaccessible beneath layers of survival load is now the primary landscape.
The clearing work of Programme 2 was always doing two things simultaneously: dissolving the biological load of the past, and uncovering the deeper reality the load had been obscuring. What you arrive into in Programme 3 is not simply a quieter nervous system — it is the first sustained encounter with your own genuine nature, now perceptible because the survival noise has cleared enough to receive it.
Programme 3 does not import a spiritual framework. It uncovers what was always already there. The recognitions that begin to emerge here — of a larger intelligence that was present throughout the trauma, of an expansive, grounded aliveness that is the natural state of the cleared system — were never the destination. They were waiting underneath.
Moving from the emptied room into a genuinely lived-in home. Deepening presence within the physical, sensory, and relational dimensions of current life.
What the cleared system can now perceive — somatically, relationally, spiritually — that survival noise had obscured. The body as instrument of knowing, not only of surviving.
Distinguishing true desire from survival-system wanting. The emerging voice of authentic identity. Learning to trust — and act from — what the cleared body knows.
A system that has not fully arrived in present reality cannot generate genuine vision — it generates survival-system projections dressed as aspiration. The hypervigilant system imagines futures in which it is finally safe. The shutdown system imagines futures in which it is finally seen. These are not sovereign visions — they are the survival system's wishes, wearing the clothes of creative thought. Programme 3 installs the ground from which Programme 4's vision is authentic.
Participants arrive at Programme 3 having cleared significant load. What they encounter — and what must be named and worked with directly — is that the absence of the old noise feels strange. Not wrong. Strange.
The survival system provided a constant interior occupancy. Its dissolution leaves genuine spaciousness. For many, this spaciousness initially registers as emptiness, loss of direction, or a quiet existential disorientation: If I am not managing that load, who am I?
Programme 3's first and most important task is distinguishing spaciousness from emptiness — and teaching the nervous system to inhabit the former rather than rush to fill it.
This is where the somato-spiritual dimension moves from background presence to primary territory. Module 7 — the central module of the entire programme — meets the two experiences that arrive as direct biological consequences of sufficient clearing: the retrospective recognition of the preserving intelligence, and the emergence of embodied presence as the system opens to what was always underneath the noise.
The Embodied Self is not the beginning of the journey. It is the third movement — and it requires the foundation the first two programmes build. The sequence is not arbitrary; it is anatomical.

Somato-spiritual deepening across all four phases. Each phase builds on the previous and cannot be skipped — the architecture is sequenced to match the biology of the clearing-to-inhabitation arc.
Coming home to the cleared system — learning to inhabit the spaciousness without rushing to fill it.
Deepening into the full perceptual capacity of the cleared system — emotionally, somatically, spiritually.
Hearing the genuine signal — distinguishing true desire and authentic identity from the survival system's echo.
Living the Embodied Self — bringing full inhabitation into relationships, creativity, and life as it is now.
The body that arrives at Programme 4 is not the body that arrived at Programme 1. It has been cleared, inhabited, and returned to itself — and from that ground, genuine sovereign creation becomes possible for the first time.
Module 7 is the fulcrum of Programme 3 — the module that most fully names what InnereSource is as a somato-spiritual modality. When the nervous system quiets sufficiently — not through meditation practice or spiritual discipline, but as the direct biological consequence of the clearing work completed in Programme 2 — two distinct qualities become perceptible that were always present but obscured by survival noise.
As the survival system's occupation of the soma recedes, many participants encounter a retrospective recognition that arrives not as belief but as somatic fact: something larger than the conscious personality was quietly organising survival throughout the entire history of the trauma. This is not a concept to be adopted. It is a somatic event.
The cleared system perceives and inhabits differently. Expansiveness arises — not as transcendence of the body but as the felt experience of the body itself opening. The quality that spiritual traditions have mapped with many words becomes available as direct somatic experience. This is not spirituality added on top. It is what the work was always clearing the way for.
Module 7 meets both of these arrivals directly: grounded, non-dogmatic, and anchored in the body throughout. Not spiritual bypassing. Not therapeutic pathologising. Embodied spirituality — named precisely, received without performance. What arrives, arrives from below.
Each module contains a core teaching (30–40 min) plus a guided somatic practice (15–25 min). Paced for integration, not information accumulation.
The full P3 somatic practice library — arrival practices, interoceptive deepening, the Module 7 somato-spiritual sessions, desire mapping, and the sovereign body sequence.
Weekly live sessions with Pav during the active phases of the programme — direct support for the somato-spiritual material and what arises in Phase Two.
Designed to be woven into daily life — short practices that work with natural moments of rest, transition, and embodied awareness. Added on to nothing; folded into everything.
Programme-specific cohort community. The work of P3 is not done in isolation — shared arrival is part of what makes the inhabitation real.
All 13 modules and the full P3 somatic practice library remain yours indefinitely, including any future programme updates. Many participants return to specific modules during subsequent phases of their own unfolding.
InnereSource is a four-programme series built on a single sequential logic. Each programme builds the ground the next one requires. The sequence cannot be rearranged — it follows the anatomy of the work.
Yes. Programme 3's arrival and somato-spiritual work requires the cleared nervous system that Programme 2 creates — and Programme 2 requires the somatic regulation capacity that Programme 1 builds. Without that sequential foundation, the inhabitation work of P3 has nothing to land in. If you have significant somatic training background and are uncertain about prerequisite fit, please contact us before joining the waitlist.
There is no fixed waiting period, but the transition matters. The arrival work of Programme 3 is most effective when the P2 clearing has had time to settle — when you have moved past the immediate aftermath of the deeper clearing phases and begun to encounter the spaciousness that is P3's primary territory. For most participants, this is weeks to a few months after P2 completion. If you are still in active clearing or integration from P2, more time is appropriate before beginning P3. This is something the live integration calls and community can help you discern.
InnereSource is not religious and requires no spiritual belief. The somato-spiritual dimension refers to the qualities that emerge as direct biological consequences of the clearing work — specifically, the recognition of the preserving intelligence (a retrospective somatic understanding of what held the organism through trauma) and embodied emergence (the expansiveness and aliveness that arise when survival noise recedes). These are described precisely as somatic events, not spiritual teachings. The programme contextualises these experiences using frameworks from Assagioli, William James, and Thomas Hübl — but these are reference points, not doctrines. What arrives, arrives from within the body. What it means to you is yours to determine.
Inhabitation is not a dramatic state — it is frequently subtler than participants expect. It tends to show up as: a greater capacity to be present in ordinary sensory experience without immediately scanning for meaning or threat; a quality of weight and settledness in the body rather than the constant low-level bracing that many people normalise; a different relationship to silence and stillness — one that feels like presence rather than emptiness. Some participants describe a quiet sense of finally being in their own skin in a way they hadn't recognised was missing. Module 1 works with this directly from the first session.
Each module includes a core teaching (30–40 minutes) and a guided somatic practice (15–25 minutes). Integration assignments are designed to be woven into daily life rather than added on top of it — short practices that work with natural moments of rest, transition, and sensory awareness. The live integration sessions are additional and optional, though strongly encouraged during Phase Two. The programme is paced for genuine integration, not for covering content quickly.
Regulated relating — the achievement of Programme 2 — manages the impact of the other person. The nervous system has enough capacity to remain stable in contact without collapsing or defending. Sovereign relating — the territory of Programme 3 — meets the other from a full, inhabited self that neither collapses into merger nor retreats into defended separation. The distinction is between not-being-destabilised (regulation) and genuinely-arriving-in-contact (sovereignty). Module 11 builds directly on Programme 2's relational module, but from the ground of genuine presence rather than managed safety.
