Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your commitment to your wellness journey is important, and my commitment is to support you every step of the way. Please review our policy on cancellations and refunds to ensure a clear understanding of our terms.

One-on-One Sessions

  • Cancellation with 48+ Hours Notice:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session without penalty, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. Your session fee will be fully refunded or can be applied as a credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellation with 24-48 Hours Notice:

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours Notice:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

Packages

Your package represents a commitment to a deeper, more sustained healing journey. For this reason, packages are generally non-refundable due to the dedicated time and planning involved. However, we understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur.

  • Cancellation of a Session Within a Package:

  • If you need to cancel a scheduled session within a package, the same notice periods (48, 24-48, less than 24 hours) apply. However, instead of a refund, the session will be forfeited, or we can discuss a credit toward a future session if notice is given with sufficient time.

  • Prorated Refunds for Emergencies:

  • We offer a prorated refund on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen emergencies. The refund amount will be calculated based on sessions completed or scheduled, minus any applicable cancellation fees. This process is fully outlined in your client contract.

Workshops and Group Programs

  • Refunds before Program Start:

  • You may request a full refund for a workshop or group program up to 7 days before the start date.

  • Refunds after Program Start:

  • Refunds are not available once a workshop or group program has begun. We recommend reviewing the program details carefully before committing.
