The Somatic Resilience Blueprint is a ten-week somatic education programme built on the science of Polyvagal Theory, neurochemistry, and interoceptive awareness. It gives you a precise, biologically grounded understanding of why your nervous system responds the way it does — and a practical toolkit for working with it directly, rather than waiting for circumstances to change.

This is not a mindset course. It is not about positive thinking, breathwork as relaxation, or learning to manage stress better. It is about changing the biology — resetting the physiological baseline from which you experience your life.

Three Phases, One Arc

The ten modules are structured as a single progressive arc. Each phase builds the foundation for the next. Skipping ahead is not recommended — the tools in later modules require the physiological groundwork laid in earlier ones.

Phase One — Foundation · Modules 1–4

Understanding and Mapping the System

You learn the architecture of your Autonomic Nervous System, the Polyvagal Ladder of states, and the biology of the Survival Loop. You develop the foundational skill of reading your own nervous system state — identifying where you are on the ladder in real time, and beginning to interrupt the patterns that keep the system primed for threat.

By the end of Phase One, you understand your nervous system as a biological system — not a character flaw, not a personality trait, but a predictable physiological architecture that can be understood and worked with.

Building the resting strength of the Parasympathetic brake — Vagal Tone — through somatic practice, and learning the physical reset techniques that shift state in real time.

Identifying the specific triggers and feedback loops that keep the system primed for threat — and developing the skills to interrupt them before they complete.

Phase Two — Capacity · Modules 5–8

Building the Toolkit

You develop the practical skills for working directly with emotional charge, breath chemistry, and neurochemical balance. You learn to use emotion as energy rather than resisting it, to use breath as a precise ANS override rather than a generic calming technique, and to view your daily state as a neurochemical environment you can influence deliberately.

By the end of Phase Two, you have a specific, science-based toolkit for intervening in your own physiology — matched to your current state rather than generically applied.

Working with emotional charge as energy — through the heart-brain axis, interoceptive awareness, and the three-step Alchemy Protocol — rather than suppressing or escalating it.

Mapping the internal pharmacy — dopamine, serotonin, GABA, oxytocin, and norepinephrine — and learning to influence each neurochemical environment deliberately through behaviour, rhythm, and somatic practice.

Phase Three — Mastery · Modules 9–10

Taking It Into the World

You extend everything built in the first two phases into the relational field — learning to maintain regulation in the presence of other people's nervous systems, to set boundaries from a physical state rather than a verbal rule, and to integrate all three pillars (mechanical, chemical, relational) into a daily practice that becomes your new baseline.

By the end of Phase Three, regulation is no longer something you do. It is becoming something you are.

Pav Shakti

Pav Shakti is a somatic educator, nervous system specialist, and the founder of InnereSource. Trained originally as a biochemical engineer, her path into bodywork began with direct experience — a felt quality of release and ease in her own system that conversation-based therapies never reached — and private practice opened in 2008.

Early practice was alongside psychotherapists, working with clients already in psychological support. What somatic release produced that talk therapy alone could not was longer-lasting resolution: not management, not insight, but biological completion of what had been held incomplete. The theoretical frameworks — Polyvagal Theory, Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, Porges, van der Kolk — arrived afterward, as confirmation of what had already been observed in the room.

How is this different from traditional therapy? +

Therapy often focuses on the "story" or the cognitive processing of events. The Somatic Resilience Blueprint focuses on the biological markers. We work with the nervous system to create the safety needed to eventually process the story. It is a bottom-up approach (Body-to-Brain) rather than top-down (Brain-to-Body).

What if I'm currently in a state of high stress or activation? +

Phase One of the Blueprint (Modules 1–4) is specifically designed for systems in high activation. We focus exclusively on de-escalation and building the biological brakes. However, this course is an educational intervention, not a medical treatment. If you are in a state of clinical crisis, we recommend seeking clinical support or working with a clinical specialist alongside the material.

How much time do I need to commit each week? +

The programme is designed for modern life. Each module has a core teaching (20–30 mins) and a Daily Sovereign Ritual (10–15 mins). The goal is integration, not addition. We teach you how to weave regulation into the things you are already doing.

Do I have lifetime access to the recordings? +

Yes. You have lifetime access to the full 10-module curriculum and all subsequent updates. The weekly release schedule guides your progress, but the material remains yours indefinitely.

Is this programme suitable if I have no background in somatic work? +
