Therapy helped. Mindset work helped. And still — a flatness that rest doesn't touch, a bracing you can't quite name, parts of your body that feel numb or far away. InnereSource works at the level conversation can't reach: the nervous system itself, developed over more than fifteen years in the treatment room and confirmed since by peer-reviewed neuroscience. This isn't a weekend fix — it's a paced, considered journey, with a place on it sized to where you're actually starting from.
Find Your Starting PointInnereSource is a somato-spiritual method — a precise, body-based approach to releasing biological load that accumulates in the nervous system and tissue over a lifetime. It isn't talk therapy, and it isn't a mindfulness practice. It works at the level where held material actually lives: below the reach of narrative and insight.
The deepest, oldest held material tends to settle into the lower body — legs, hips, pelvis, and the sacral base — while the upper body braces to keep it contained. This isn't metaphor: neurobiologist Gert Holstege mapped direct descending pathways from the brainstem terminating at the sacral spinal cord, and research by Kearney and Lanius (2022, Frontiers in Neuroscience) has documented measurable, uninhabited areas of the body in people carrying chronic load. Both findings arrived after clinical work in the room had already been demonstrating the same thing for years.
You don't need prior experience with somatic work, therapy, or nervous-system language to begin. This tends to resonate if you've done the inner work already — therapy, mindset work, meditation — and something still hasn't shifted; if you carry a weight or flatness that rest doesn't touch; or if parts of your body feel numb, absent, or hard to fully inhabit. It's offered as a complementary approach, not a replacement for medical or clinical mental health care.
This work is genuinely transformative — and it's honest about what that requires. Every programme releases one module a week, on purpose: the nervous system needs time to actually integrate a shift, not just understand it. The multi-programme pathways run for months, not weeks. That pace isn't a limitation of the offer — it's what makes the change durable rather than another good idea that doesn't hold. If you're looking for a quick reset, this isn't it. If you're ready to actually finish something you've been carrying, there's a pathway below sized to exactly where you are.
Each programme is made possible only by the one before it. The sequence is biological, not arbitrary — each stage addresses the challenge that naturally emerges once the previous stage's work is genuinely complete. Build the ground. Clear the ground. Arrive on the ground. Build from the ground.
Build the ground. A ten-module journey from survival mode to sovereign ground.
Most approaches to stress, anxiety, and burnout focus on the mind. This works at the level where those experiences actually live — the body. It's for people who sense the answer isn't more willpower or more information, but a different relationship with their own physiology — and who want to understand not just what to do, but why it works, at the level of biology, not belief.
Ten modules, three phases: Foundation — mapping your Autonomic Nervous System and the Polyvagal Ladder, learning to read your own state in real time; Capacity — a state-matched toolkit for emotional charge, breath chemistry, cortisol rhythm, and neuromodulator balance; Mastery — taking regulation into the relational field, so it holds under real conditions, not just in quiet moments alone.
"You are not broken. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do. The work is learning to work with it." By the end, regulation is no longer something you do — it's becoming something you are.
Clear the ground. Dissolve the past. Complete what was held. Become a different baseline.
Trauma is not a story. It's a biological event that didn't finish. Every pattern of anxiety, hypervigilance, dissociation, chronic bracing, or emotional flooding has a mechanism underneath it — an incomplete movement the body is still holding, waiting for the moment it can complete. This programme creates those moments.
Seventeen modules, four phases: Map — the total bioenergetic archive, recent load to inherited baseline; Build — the somatic capacity and bridge into the InnereSource method itself; Clear — the active clearing work: sacral gateway, ascending arc, unwinding, depolarisation; Settle — parts settling, completing the shame cycle, the first genuine spaciousness.
"You aren't just managing your load. You are dissolving the past so the body can finally finish what it started." This is the difference between coping well and no longer needing to cope at all.
Arrive on the ground. Arriving in the life the clearing has made possible.
Programme Two cleared the ground. Programme Three teaches you to live on it — fully, presently, sensorially, spiritually. The work is no longer dissolution. It's arrival. Many people arrive here having cleared significant load and find the absence of the old noise feels strange, not wrong — the survival system provided a constant interior occupancy, and its dissolution leaves a spaciousness that can register, at first, as emptiness: if I am not managing that load, who am I? Distinguishing spaciousness from emptiness is this programme's first task.
Thirteen modules build across three pillars: Arrive — full present-moment inhabitation, moving from an emptied room into a genuinely lived-in home; Sense — the body as instrument of knowing, perceiving what survival noise had obscured; Recognise — the signal of genuine self, distinguishing true desire from survival-system wanting.
The body that arrives at Programme Four is not the body that arrived at Programme One. It has been cleared, inhabited, and returned to itself.
Build from the ground. Consciously building the future from cleared, inhabited ground.
Three programmes of foundational work lead here. This is not goal-setting, and not productivity dressed in somatic language — it's the completion of a biological arc, the point where a cleared, present nervous system is finally ready to face forward without the distorting lens of survival. Survival-system vision asks: what will finally make me safe, seen, or worthy? Sovereign vision asks a different question entirely: what is mine to build in this one life, from this particular body, with these particular gifts?
Fourteen modules build across three pillars: Envision — sovereign future architecture, built from the body up, not survival-system planning; Create — conscious, embodied action, with the cleared nervous system as the creative instrument; Become — the fully inhabited future self, as present-tense somatic reality rather than aspiration.
Not survival, not even healing — a life consciously chosen, and biologically backed.
Pathway One takes you through The Somatic Resilience Blueprint alone — building the ground, complete in itself if this is where you want to stop for now, or the right place to start if none of this is familiar yet.
Pathway Two carries you through the Blueprint and The Deconditioning Protocol together — building the ground, then clearing it. From learning to regulate through to actually dissolving what regulation alone couldn't resolve.
Pathway Three is the entire arc, all four programmes, start to finish — build the ground, clear it, arrive on it, and build from it.
"From full load to a fully inhabited life — not in one dramatic moment, but across four programmes of the most precise and honest biological work the soma can be asked to do." Each pathway is complete on its own. Each one also opens directly onto the next, if and when you're ready to go further.
Each pathway builds on the one before it. Start with the Blueprint, or go straight into the fuller arc if you're ready for it.
Alongside your modules, there's a live group integration call every week — 60 minutes, open to everyone across all three pathways, regardless of where you are in the arc. The focus is integration practice, not lecture: guided practices and meditations you can return to long after the call itself. Bring your questions live, or send them in advance through the feedback form at the end of each module if you can't attend — either way, you'll get access to the recording.
One module is released each week, in every pathway — deliberately. Somatic change needs time to actually embed, not just be learned; a slower release gives your nervous system room to practise and integrate before the next module lands. If you enrol in a multi-programme pathway, the programmes themselves release in sequence too: you'll move through the whole of The Somatic Resilience Blueprint before The Deconditioning Protocol begins, and so on through the arc. This is a journey, not a checklist — Pathway Two runs roughly 27 weeks end to end, and Pathway Three continues from there as each further programme is released. It's paced this way on purpose, for the depth it makes possible.
A 10-module programme in nervous-system literacy and regulation, moving through three phases: understanding and mapping your system, building a practical toolkit, then taking it into your relationships and daily life. The right place to start if this way of working with the body is new to you.

The Somatic Resilience Blueprint, plus the full 17-module Deconditioning Protocol — moving from mapping what's held, through building capacity, into the active InnereSource clearing itself, then integration. This is where regulation gives way to genuine completion.

A two-programme bundle, one enrolment: this pathway bundles the Blueprint and the Deconditioning Protocol together, always priced below what the two would cost if enrolled in separately. You'll move through the Blueprint first — roughly ten weeks, one module a week — before Deconditioning Protocol content begins. It's a guided healing pathway you walk through in sequence, not two separate purchases.
Want to go all the way through the arc instead? See The Sovereign Life Pathway below →
All four programmes — the complete arc, from first regulation through to consciously building the life ahead. Each programme unlocks only once the one before it is complete, so The Embodied Self and The Sovereign Life have time to be fully built by the time you reach them, at no extra cost beyond your enrolment.
Ready for the whole arc, not just Programme Two? For a modest step up from The Deconditioning Pathway, you lock in the entire four-programme journey — close to a year of paced, sequential work — at today's rate, rather than paying for each programme separately as it launches.

Pav's path into this work didn't begin with bodywork — it began with a spiritual opening that expanded her sense of self, followed by a depression she didn't expect. Talking therapy helped, but only reached the upper registers of the system — the chest and neck upward. Bodywork reached what conversation couldn't: a depth of release conversation never touched. That felt difference, in her own body, is where InnereSource began.
Trained originally as a biochemical engineer, she brought that same precision into the treatment room rather than leaving it behind. Across more than a decade of hands-on private practice, opened in 2008, a pattern kept repeating: releasing held tension at a specific site in the body would often bring with it the spontaneous return of a memory tied to that exact location — material the conscious mind had filed away, still held intact in the tissue. That single, repeated observation is the seed InnereSource builds from.
The theoretical confirmation — Polyvagal Theory, Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, and neuroscience research into the sacral nervous system — arrived afterward. InnereSource wasn't assembled from these frameworks. It was observed in the room, named from lived clinical experience, and mapped retrospectively onto research that confirmed it.
In 2020, the practice paused through several years of significant personal challenge — a period Pav navigated using the same method she'd developed, now turned on her own system. What was once in-person, 1:1 work has since moved online, and now sits alongside structured group programmes — carrying the same method to more people than a private practice alone ever could.
As a practitioner, I am hyper-aware of the space I hold. InnereSource provided the tools to regulate my own nervous system first. The depth of this somatic work has fundamentally shifted how I show up for my clients.
The scientific grounding of the InnereSource modality gave me permission to trust the spiritual depth of the work. I am no longer managing symptoms; I am inhabiting my life.
I spent years intellectually "knowing" my trauma, but my body was still living in the past. Pav helped me bridge that gap — shifting from theory to a lived experience of safety.

Start with The Somatic Resilience Blueprint. It builds the nervous-system literacy and baseline regulation capacity that the deeper work in later programmes assumes is already in place — the programmes are sequenced deliberately, not just packaged together. No prior knowledge of somatic work or nervous-system science is required to begin.
It's how far into the arc you're enrolling, not a difference in quality or support. The Blueprint builds the foundation on its own — nervous-system literacy and regulation, learning to read and steady your own state in real time. The Deconditioning Pathway carries that further, into the deeper clearing work: moving past regulation into actually dissolving what's held at the root, so you're no longer just managing your system. The Sovereign Life Pathway takes the arc all the way through — from cleared and regulated into genuinely embodied, and finally into consciously building what's next, rather than defaulting back into old patterns — including the two newer programmes as they're built and released. Which one fits depends on how far you're ready to take the work right now, not on getting "more" for the sake of it.
One module is released each week — around 30 minutes of core content, plus that week's integration practice. The practice itself only takes a few minutes a day, designed to fit into a busy life rather than compete with it. Each week's practice builds on the one before, so the benefit is cumulative — it's not thirty minutes in isolation, it's thirty minutes plus a few minutes daily, compounding week on week. Both Blueprint and Deconditioning Protocol are paced deliberately this way; flooding the system with too much at once works against the change you're trying to support.
The core of each pathway is self-guided — recordings, worksheets, and resources released weekly, with lifetime access to everything in the portal. Alongside that, there's a live group integration call every week — 60 minutes, around 42 calls a year allowing for holidays and breaks — open to everyone across all three pathways regardless of where you are in the arc, a shared space focused on integration practice, not lecture. Bring your questions live, or send them in advance through the short feedback form at the end of each module if you can't attend. Common themes get turned into resources shared with everyone. If something needs individual attention, you're welcome to email directly. For genuine 1:1 time with Pav, that's available separately through private consultation.
Yes — each week's call is recorded in full and added inside the portal, so you're never missing anything if you can't attend live. The call is one shared group, every week, open to everyone across all three pathways at once, not split by tier. Can't make a call live? Submit your question in advance via the feedback form at the end of each module, and it'll be addressed on the call or in the recording.
You'll move through The Somatic Resilience Blueprint and The Deconditioning Protocol first — together, at one module a week, that's roughly 27 weeks. Given that pace, The Embodied Self and The Sovereign Life are expected to be fully built and live by the time your journey reaches them, at no additional cost beyond your enrolment. You're not paying for a promise on a fixed timeline — the pacing itself is what gives these programmes time to be ready before you need them, in the same module-by-module structure as everything before them. Every InnereSource programme is built and tested with a live cohort first, then refined based on their real feedback before it's opened up more widely — so by the time The Embodied Self and The Sovereign Life reach you, they'll already have been through that same process, not delivered untested.
InnereSource is Pav's own modality, developed since 2008 — it isn't a variation on an existing somatic framework. It was observed clinically first, in thousands of hours of hands-on work, and confirmed only afterward by peer-reviewed neuroscience. You can read more on the modality page and about page.
